What to include in a correction report
- The full URL of the affected game, category or information page.
- A short description of what appears to be outdated, broken or inaccurate.
- The version number, file size or destination you expected, when relevant.
- A public publisher reference or screenshot that supports the correction, if one is safely available.
- A way to reply that does not expose a game password or financial account.
Broken or suspicious download links
Report redirects that lead to an unrelated service, expired files, repeated pop-ups or a destination that asks for unexpected personal information. Do not continue installing a package merely to collect evidence. The page URL and a description of what the browser displayed are normally enough for an initial review.
Protect sensitive information
Never send CodexKR an OTP, password, recovery phrase, payment PIN, full identity document, bank information or remote-access code. CodexKR cannot unlock a third-party game account, reverse a payment, guarantee a bonus or act as the publisher’s customer support. Account and transaction questions should be taken to the verified support channel shown by the relevant service.
Rights-holder and publisher enquiries
A publisher or rights holder may request a factual correction, attribution review or content review. Identify the material precisely and explain your relationship to it. Copyright complaints should include the information described on the DMCA page. Sending a request does not automatically establish ownership, but complete and accurate details make a fair review easier.

Response expectations

If an urgent risk involves money, identity theft or unlawful activity, contact the relevant service provider or local authority rather than relying only on a website correction request.
