These starter terms govern use of the CodexKR App Store website. The administrator should review them for the actual business, jurisdiction and features before publication. By browsing the site, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully and to evaluate third-party games and download destinations independently.
Permitted use
Visitors may read listings, use site navigation, follow administrator-provided links and send genuine correction or promotion enquiries. Content may be used for personal information and comparison. Listings and administrator decisions
The administrator may add, edit, reorganise, suspend or remove a listing when information changes, a link breaks, a security concern appears or a valid rights complaint is received. A page’s presence or position does not promise endorsement, official status, availability or future updates. Category labels are navigation aids and do not establish a legal or commercial relationship between titles.
External apps and websites
Third-party publishers and destinations control their own software, accounts, payments, promotions, privacy practices and support. Their terms apply after a visitor uses those services. Review the final URL, requested permissions, eligibility rules and current operator information. CodexKR is not a party to a transaction between a visitor and an external service unless a separate written agreement clearly says otherwise.
Age-restricted and real-money features
Do not use an adult, reward-based or real-money service unless you meet its minimum age and it is lawful in your location. Do not misstate identity or location, share an adult account with a minor, or use borrowed funds to play. Bonuses and outcomes are never guaranteed by these terms. CodexKR’s original text, layout and branding are protected to the extent allowed by law. Third-party marks and media belong to their respective owners. A rights holder can request review using the Contact and DMCA pages. A truthful, complete notice helps the administrator locate and assess the material; false ownership claims are prohibited.
Availability and changes
The website may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting failures, security work or events outside the administrator’s control. Features, links and these terms may change. Important updates should be published with an effective date. Continued browsing after an update is subject to applicable law and does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

The website is provided as an informational catalogue without a guarantee that all content or external services are error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, the administrator is not responsible for decisions, losses or device problems caused by an independently operated third-party app or website.
